Buysuperbox.com offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee* on all our products. Once we receive the product and confirm it is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund of your original purchase price. *The Elite Series does not qualify for a refund.
1-Year Warranty
We provide a 1-Year Warranty on all Superbox products purchased from our site. If you encounter any issues with your streaming media player, please email support@buysuperbox.com. Our technical support team will first attempt to diagnose the issue. If necessary, you can send the unit to us. Upon receipt, we will either fix the issues and return the original unit to you, exchange your unit for another unit, or rebuild one (at our discretion). This warranty does not cover water damage or any physical damage.
Post-Warranty Repairs
If your warranty period has expired, you can still send the device to us for repair at an additional cost. You can continue to enjoy the service once the device has been fixed.
Return Process
- Contact our Customer Service department by emailing support@buysuperbox.com or calling (945) 231-1491.
- To be eligible for a return, your Superbox must be in the same condition you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. After submitting the return/exchange request online, email us a picture showing the problem/defect.
- We will determine if you are eligible for a return. If you are, we will send you a form to include in your return package. The customer is responsible for any costs associated with returning a product within 30 days.
- Once we receive the return, we will process it accordingly. Processing generally takes 3-5 business days. You will receive an email update from our returns department once we have received your product and detailing the process status. Refunds are issued the day the product is reviewed for completeness.
Additional Return Policies
- Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs for items returned within 30 days are the customer's responsibility, including all international orders. Returns should be shipped to our warehouse in the USA.
- Physical Damage: Items with physical damage are not eligible for return or refund. Items received in poor condition, such as dirty or contaminated with food remnants, may be returned to the sender for proper cleaning.
- Application Issues: Returns are not accepted due to specific applications not working unless we mistakenly told you they would or advertised that they would. For specific application compatibility, please email us at support@buysuperbox.com before purchase.
- Product Research: Returns are not accepted because of a lack of research on the buyer's part. All of our units run the Android operating system designed to run Android applications on TV's. Our devices are not anything more and do not provide any content outside of the applications you install and use. For questions, please email support@buysuperbox.com before purchasing.
- Refund Issuance: Refunds are issued within 72 hours from when the box is received through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
- Third-Party Vendors: Products purchased from third-party vendors cannot be returned to Buysuperbox.com for a refund. Refunds and returns must be handled between the customer and the third-party vendor. Products sent to Buysuperbox.com for a return or refund that were purchased from a third-party vendor will not be honored. If the customer wishes to have the product shipped back, they must pay the return shipping. Products considered abandoned after 7 days if return shipping is not paid will not be returned.
