Shipping Policy

General Information

To ensure your package is delivered correctly and within the advertised time frames, please ensure your address is entered accurately, including all necessary and relevant information. Correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are essential for timely delivery. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or improperly entered at the time of purchase.

Processing Time

All orders are subject to a processing time separate from the shipping time. Standard domestic and international orders may take up to 1-2 business days to process (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

Shipping Rates & Timelines

  • U.S.: All orders will ship from our fulfillment center via USPS, with an estimated shipping time of 1-3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, or weather conditions. Consequently, we do not guarantee exact delivery times; the shipping company is responsible for delivery issues.

Delivery Claims

If you experience non-delivery or if your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact us within 10 days to file a claim. Please note that claims can take up to 30 days to complete, depending on the shipping carrier used.

We do not accept responsibility for packages reported as delivered by the carrier. Refunds or credits will not be issued for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Tracking

Tracking is provided for every Superbox order. Tracking information will be available once your product is shipped. Products may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team sources quality, affordable products. If you need help tracking your order, you can find assistance. 

Custom Charges

We guarantee that your orders will not incur additional charges. If you encounter customs clearance fees, please pay the fee to ensure timely delivery, and send us proof of payment. We will refund the amount paid.

Change or Cancel Orders

We begin processing your order as soon as it is submitted, making it unlikely that changes or cancellations can be made. If your order was placed within the last 24 hours, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
